Terms and conditions

These terms apply whenever you use dyar.pk or any of its subdomains. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Dyar (“we”, “us”) operates dyar.pk and its subdomains, including tools.dyar.pk and games.dyar.pk. Together these are referred to as the “site”.

2. Accepting these terms

By visiting or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

3. Using the site

The tools and games on Dyar are free to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below. You don't need an account to use most of them.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to break any law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with the site's normal operation, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing rate limits.
  • Upload or submit malicious code, or content you don't have the right to submit.
  • Resell or redistribute our tools as your own product or service.

4. Accounts

If accounts are introduced and you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit to the site — text you paste into a tool, messages you send us, or content you save. By submitting it, you give us permission to process and store it only as far as needed to provide the feature you're using and to operate the site.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to submit whatever you submit.

6. Third-party services and data

Some tools work with data from third-party platforms or link to external sites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. When you use such a tool, you also need to follow that platform's own terms of service, and you're responsible for how you use the data you get.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site running, but it's provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including individual tools, games, or subdomains — at any time, with or without notice.

8. No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that results produced by our tools will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Verify anything important before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were told such losses were possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The Dyar name, design, and the code behind the site belong to us, unless stated otherwise. You may use the tools and games as intended, but you may not copy, rebrand, or redistribute the site itself without permission.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@dyar.pk or through the contact page.

Note: these terms are a general template, not legal advice. Before you take payments, run accounts, or serve users in other jurisdictions, have a lawyer review them for your situation.
